Join the Center for Constitutional Rights on July 29 for a hearing in our lawsuit, Stanley v. Ivey, which challenges involuntary servitude in Alabama prisons. The Defendants, Governor Kay Ivey and Alabama Department of Corrections Commissioner John Hamm, filed a motion to dismiss the case, and the hearing on the State’s motion will take place in the Montgomery County, Alabama Circuit Court at 10 am CT.
